Mahmoud Abd El Mohsen

I am a Consultant General Surveyor with 21+ years of experience across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers, with a background spanning both contracting and engineering consulting. I have hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, and Laser Scanning, plus utility detection devices RD 4000, RD 8000, and RD 8200, along with strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

I currently work as Surveying Manager/Consultant with ALMNABR Consulting Engineering, leading the surveying team on the Saudi Consulate project in Cairo, developing surveying plans, managing budgets, and enforcing field safety protocols.

Previously, I worked as Team Leader Surveyor with Mentor Group for Engineering Consulting, within surveying teams handling 10–20 projects annually across heritage, infrastructure, and solar energy, including the St. Catherine Great Transfiguration Project, the Al-Muizz Cairo Archaeological Sites Development Project, Telecom Egypt Club, and villa developments in Sharm El-Sheikh, applying ±5mm control point accuracy.

I also worked as Team Leader Surveyor with Ibn Khaldun Educational Company in Riyadh, on school complexes, hotel, and theater projects, including the Al-Manar and Al-Naseem Schools Complexes and the Al-Mayar Hotel Project.

Before that, I worked as Team Leader Surveyor with the Cairo Governorate Networks Information Center, using utility detection devices alongside standard surveying equipment on infrastructure projects across Cairo's districts, and producing topographical maps for Cairo International Airport and several Egyptian airports.

I began my career as a Land Surveyor with Arab Contractors, delivering foundational surveying for construction projects across Greater Cairo.

Throughout my career, I have built strong expertise in topographic surveying, control point networks, as-built surveys, and utility detection, and I am always seeking opportunities to contribute to impactful engineering projects where precision and reliability are essential.
