KEY RESPONSIBILITIESrnrn- Conduct topographic, land, construction, and engineering surveys for building, infrastructure, road, and transmission line projects.rn- Perform accurate setting-out and layout works for buildings, foundations, columns, roads, utilities, structures, and other construction elements.rn- Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, elevations, and reference points as per project requirements.rn- Carry out road surveying works, including centerline setting out, alignment, profiles, cross-sections, levels, earthwork, and formation levels.rn- Conduct surveying activities for transmission line projects, including tower locations, alignment, coordinates, levels, and right-of-way requirements.rn- Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to process survey data, prepare drawings, develop surfaces, alignments, profiles, sections, and construction layouts.rn- Collect, download, check, and process field survey data from Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.rn- Perform as-built surveys and prepare accurate as-built drawings and documentation for completed works.rn- Calculate and verify coordinates, distances, elevations, quantities, cut-and-fill levels, and earthwork requirements.rn- Monitor construction activities to ensure that all works are executed according to approved drawings, coordinates, dimensions, levels, and specifications.rn- Prepare and maintain daily survey reports, survey records, field notes, inspection documents, and measurement data.rn- Use MS Excel for survey data organization, calculations, level sheets, coordinate lists, quantity calculations, and project reports.rn- Review engineering drawings and identify discrepancies between design drawings and actual site conditions.rn- Coordinate with civil engineers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve surveying and setting-out issues.rn- Conduct regular checks and verification surveys to maintain accuracy and quality control throughout project execution.rn- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, approved procedures, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
